We're excited to be part of Cool Brews/Hot Eats in conjunction with GR Beer Week: February 17th-28th. Here's a peek at our menu features:
Butchers Salad: Smoked ham hock, jowl bacon, arugula, pickled cattle beans, warm pork fat and guajillo chili vinaigrette, cured farm egg yolk.
Hasenpfeffer Wurst: Marinated and roasted rabbit sausage, butterball potato, warm German red slaw, spaetzle, dill, rabbit veloute.
Hop Fudge Sundae: Love's vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge sauce infused with German Hallertau and French Strisselspalt hops, bourbon caramel, salted Spanish peanuts, cereal milk whipped cream and a cherry.
