Breweries form Beer City guild
A group of breweries in the Grand Rapids area have joined forces to create a new nonprofit focused on craft beer.
The Grand Rapids-based Beer City Brewers Guild announced today that it has formed and will be “a vehicle for events, collaborations, charitable giving and knowledge sharing.”
“The brewers thought we should get together to celebrate the initial Beer City, U.S.A. designation [in 2012] and decided to do a collaborative beer,” Guild President and Harmony Brewing Co.
