The opportunity:

Harmony Brewing and Harmony Hall is all about awesome food, beer and exceptional service! We are looking for a hard-working, food-loving person that possesses the best attitude and customer appreciation. You will assist customers by offering suggestions, dishing up daily specials, and most importantly having a blast doing it all.

About You:

This position requires exemplary customer service skills. You should also love to multi-task, possess awesome communication skills, be neat in appearance, fast like a cheetah, friendly, efficient–and have fun doing it! The ideal candidate would try their hardest to create relationships with our guests and build rapport to make them feel as welcome as possible while visiting us.

Job Requirements

Passion for craft beer.
Previous experience working in high volume restaurant ideally.
You will also be held accountable to help ensure a positive work culture that does not tolerate FOH and BOH drama—and allows everyone on staff to thrive.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with coworkers.
Personable and friendly demeanor.
Passion to maintain highest standards of hospitality and assist in floor operations to ensure proper and timely service.
