Brad Fritcher’s vinyl moods lands late night at Harmony Brewing on Friday, March 6 from 9 PM to midnight with an immersive vinyl DJ set built for deep listeners and night owls.
Recently returned to Grand Rapids, Brad is best known as a jazz trumpet player. He steps behind the decks to sculpt an atmosphere of improvised, rhythm-laced selections pulled straight from wax.
Expect hazy grooves, cosmic beats, and soulful jazz in the spirit of Makaya McCraven, Flying Lotus, Shigeto, and Madlib, with deep cuts from Detroit’s Tribe Records woven throughout. It’s not a set, it’s a mood.
