Parking Lot Pig Roast

Join us Saturday sept 7 for a Pig Roast in our parking lot! Chef Gabe has an awesome Italian style pig roast menu planned featuring house roasted porchetta and delicious sides. Beer + cocktails will be available for purchase outside in our beer tent. We aim to start serving from noon-we sell out.

Whole Hog Porchetta- sweet Italian sausage, apple, fresh fennel, fresh garlic, and rosemary
Sides
Braised Greens and Rapini- ham hock, chilis, garlic, and onion potliquor
White Bean Salad- cannellini beans, fava beans, lemon, garlic, sweet peppers, onions, extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs
Nantucket Baking Co- ciabatta roll
Dessert (extra)
Pistachio Pudding- Nilla Wafers, and maraschino cherry
